ingredients Mendoan

=> 10 pieces of tempe is cut thin and wide
=> 150 grams of wheat flour
=> 2 leeks thinly sliced
=>200 cc of water
=> right amount of oil

Ground spices:
=>2 shallots
=>3 cloves garlic
=>1 tsp coriander
=>1 cm kencur
=>2 eggs hazelnut
=>1 cm turmeric
=> salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE TEMPE MENDOAN TASTEFUL:

Make the dough by mixing all the spices, flour, and chives
Add water and stir until evenly mixed.
Dip a piece of tempeh tempeh to all sides covered with dough.
Tempeh fried in hot oil until cooked and golden yellow color, be careful not to burn.
Lift then serve while warm with sauce or cayenne pepper
